About

We are Praxa Sense, a young MedTech start-up working on the development of an innovative, data-driven device that enables all-round home monitoring of patients. We enable data collection over the long term, helping the medical professional to diagnose diseases earlier and monitor treatment. Our goal is to improve medical processes by making products that perfectly combine hardware, software and user experience. With algorithms, we automatically classify the data that is collected with our device, Afi.

We form a close and informal team with large ambitions and a diverse skill set.

Internship Opportunity

We are always improving our product, called Afi. That means that there are a lot of challenges and opportunities in the medical technical field, like testing of the device, comparing our data to competing devices, setting up clinical trials with hospitals, running logistics during trials, writing papers and improving our medical algorithms that automatically annotate the collected data.

  • Internship compensation of gross EUR 400,- per month.

What we ask
  • You are studying (or finished) in a field of clinical technology or biomedical engineering. 
  • Not shy to ask people for help or eager to improve your skills. 
  • You can take on a lot of responsibility for your own work but at the same time are able to work well in a team. You like to discuss and think with us about complex matters. 
  • An ambitious mindset and interested in the flexible world of a startup. 
  • Living in or near Delft (The Netherlands) or the possibility to move there for the internship.
