Praxa Sense follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. We store your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law. 

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year.

• Mailchimp newsletter: each year we will ask your permission for storage of your personal information.
• Cookies: functional cookies will be stored on your computer until you remove these cookies yourself.|
  Analytics cookies will be reviewed each month and removed afterwards.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet.  We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Praxa Sense does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
